Step 2 – We Hand-Craft Your Sculpture

Our experienced artists begin needle-felting your custom pet replica using 100% Australian natural wool, carefully capturing every unique detail.

Step 3 – Preview & Approve

Within 15–20 business days, we’ll send you a preview of your sculpture for approval. Nothing is shipped until you’re completely satisfied with how it looks.

Step 4 – Receive & Treasure

Once approved, your finished replica is securely packaged and shipped to your door — ready to be displayed, gifted, or cherished as a memorial keepsake.

Each piece is handmade. Our typical production time is 15–20 business days before we send you a preview for approval. Shipping time depends on your location.

Because each sculpture is custom-made, we don’t offer full refunds once production has started. However, you’ll have a chance to approve your replica before shipping, and minor adjustments can be made at that stage.
